How it works

You’ll be assigned a Physician Case Manager who will work with you. Here’s the process:

  • 1Start a case

Select request service and enter high level details of the case.

  • 2Access expert guidance

Connect with your physician who guides you through every step in the process and coordinates your review with a team of specialists.

  • 3Receive collaborative care

Our team of physicians work with you to develop and deliver a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that’s right for you. A report will be provided at the end of the review. Your physician will work with you to make sure you understand the report and next steps. Your physician can be available for any additional discussion or questions you may have.
